Ladies Look Out...I'm Five Months Old and I'm Looking Good!

Hey there...how you doin? I don't know if you know, but I'm five months old and I'm looking for love! Okay...maybe not, but I am looking to have fun and that is exactly what I've been doing this past month!

Mom and I just snapping a quick picture of ourselves!

I've been eating a lot of veggies and fruits and dad tried meat...do you think I liked it? I promised that I will like it one day...
I've also been focusing a lot on the television. No matter where mom and dad put me, I find the tv and I can get really into it...

I mean REALLY into it!

I've also started sleeping with a blanket and I've fallen in love with my doggie blanket. I have to have it for every nap and every bedtime...those dog ears are the best to chew on when I can't fall asleep right away!

I've been working on tackling drills and who better to start with than my dad...I'm pretty sure I pinned him! It was cake...

Mom was vacuuming and I just couldn't help but fall asleep...plus I had my blankie

Okay guys, I'm ready for my night out on the town...I clean up pretty well!
Our first family picture! Believe it or not, mom is so busy taking pictures of me all the time, if you haven't noticed, that she completely forgot to get pictures of all three of us...so this is our first...looking good if I do say so myself!

The weather was beautiful so we went and played in the yard...can you believe how strong I am getting?

Mom and Dad are trying to work with me on sitting up by myself...I usually can get it for a while but....

...then I start to tumble over!
It's always best when mom helps out a little...soon I'll be doing it all on my own!

Playing with daddy...notice what we're playing with??

We had our annual football picnic this month...it was so stinkin hot that I couldn't do anything but sleep!

Playing in my exersaucer and smilin like always!

Mom got me another doggie blanket to take to daycare so I'd have one to sleep with...but I can't figure out why he won't kiss me back?

Hi mommy!
I know this is hard to believe, but I am actually standing up here all by myself. It wasn't for long, but I still did it! Dad was there to catch me....thank goodness!

Do you think this hat is too small??

Most of you know my daddy is a football coach, so I finally got to go to my first football game...

I'm pretty sure that my daddy is the coolest guy in the entire world!

I know...pretty irresistible!

Ahhh! I'm coming to getcha!

What's up?

The weather is starting to change and get chilly and I like it...I can finally relax and fall asleep on our walks...LIFE IS GREAT!

My First Football Game!

Football season has officially begun...and I went to my first game...and it was the best game because my daddy was coaching....AND WE WON! Shocking that in August I would need a hooded sweatshirt, but living in Indiana you just never know. Thankfully my Grandpa Morris got this sweatshirt made for me...and now everyone knows that Lil' Kbar is here!

I was so proud of my daddy...I couldn't take my eyes off of him after the game. I know that someday I'm going to grow up and be just like him!

Don't we look good?

Thankfully the rain stopped in the 4th quarter, but daddy got soaked! Mom and Grandma Rose did a great job at keeping me warm and dry.

I tried really hard to stay awake and I did make it until the 4th quarter...but I just couldn't do it anymore!

I'm going to be out there someday!
The football game was interesting, but my zipper was also very entertaining...especially when I could put in my mouth! All in all, it was a great night and I'm ready for the next big game!

My First Trip To Uncle Mark and Aunt Julie's House!

I finally had my first trip to LaPorte, Indiana. I got to go visit my Great Uncle Mark and Great Aunt Julie and my cousins Tyler and Alyssa, but I'm calling them my aunt and uncle too because I don't have any aunts or uncles since mom and dad are both only children! I know what you're thinking, poor Maddux! I'm okay though...I know I have a lot of people who love me! :) Here I am with my Auntie Alyssa...we got along so well...I really like her...

...and I'm pretty sure from all of her kisses she likes me too!

Because this was my first visit to the Secor's house, I had to really soak it all in...

...And I've decided that I really like it here!

Time to eat! I wonder why mom takes off my clothes to eat?? Am I really that messy??

See mom, I'm trying to help clean up by shoving any excess food back into my mouth...doesn't that help?

Nothing better than a full belly!

Awww...feeling clean again!

I truly am my father's son...I never have my mouth shut!

Apparently, we were going to have a mini photo shoot...do you think I look too rigid here?? We're trying to go for that relaxed on the couch look...I think I have a little work to do on that!

But here...we're going for that looking off in the distance look...I've got that down perfectly!

My Aunt Julie was so funny...she always made me laugh...I just love her!

Really...could I get much cuter??

My Auntie Alyssa plays the piano and when she started playing, I just froze and I couldn't take my eyes off of the piano!

How is she doing that??

That music is so pretty and relaxing!

Seriously, I was missile locked on those keys! By the way, have I mentioned that I really enjoy
NOT wearing clothes? Didn't know if you've noticed that yet? I wonder where I get that from?
My Uncle Mark finally got home from work to hang out with me, but I had a little competition...TUCKER...their dog! He wasn't the biggest fan of his daddy holding me...

...he wouldn't leave Uncle Mark's side while I was around!

Since Uncle Mark and Aunt Julie are such big Nebraska Cornhusker fans, they bought me a hat. However, I wasn't really feeling it...can you tell??

Before mom and I went home, we drove over to South Bend so I could meet my Great-Grandpa and Grandma Morris for the first time. They were so excited to meet me and I was excited too!
And let me tell you, my Grandma has the touch, she hadn't even rocked me for 2 minutes, and I was out...Grandmas just feel so good! Thank you Grandma....I love you and miss you already!
